We cannot eliminate stress from our lives, but rather how do we deal and cope with the stress that we have and face on a regular daily basis. It all starts with understanding what stress is.
Many people throw the word stress around all the time. And the truth of the matter is that we've all got our own definition of stress.

Stress can be defined as “stress is a situation where you feel as if you do not have full control.”
One of the problems is that we wear stress like a badge of honour. I strive on stress, I do better under stress. I'm so stressed, it drives me.

Studies over millennia, have shown how bad stress is for us and over the last 20 to 25 years it’s been noted in the medical journals how stress levels are increasing.

In a nutshell it's all about learning to cope, not changing things, but arranging our focus and priorities to reduce our stress.
